if i set 3 rows and cycle through them:
fast - it works fine, but occasionally feels like it catches for a moment
slow - with a second or two between presses the first 2 rows have no delay between them, but the third (cycling back to the first) noticeably pauses for nearly a whole second sometimes.
seems like your loop is too loopy at the loop-de-loop
