Campfire in a bottle crafting option appears sporadically in hand-crafting and worktable even though its crafting station is set to disabled. Sometimes it appears, other times it does not and I am unable to figure out how or why this happens.

I second this. I am also having this issue. I don't want these options in my server.
Agreed - I have modified the items to be "disabled" in both my own config files and the server, but they keep showing up. Please make it easier to disable these items. Your mod is the best way to simply improve the comfort radius in the game, but I don't need the new items-in-a-bottle.
