Put panel and menu exactly where you want them.
⨠Default layout
- Ready to play on every resolution: panel left, group menu top right, messages in the lower third
- Everything is locked, so nothing moves by accident
- GroupHUD never covers Valheim's health, food and guardian power in the bottom left â a window that would overlap moves up on its own (
AvoidVanillaHud)
đ Move & resize
- Open your inventory and click the đ in the group menu to unlock
- Drag panel, menu and messages with the mouse

- Click the đ again to lock everything
- đŽ With the controller this is not possible yet â it's planned
𧲠Snapping
- Windows snap gently to each other and to the screen edge â keep dragging to pull them apart
- They also snap to Valheim's own windows: inventory, crafting, character overview and an open chest (
SnapToVanilla) - And to the corner above Valheim's health and food in the bottom left
- The window you drag always stays on top
𧰠Chests
- An open chest simply lies on top of GroupHUD â nothing jumps around, the free part stays usable
- đŽ With the controller, the GroupHUD window you switch into comes to the front â back in the chest, the chest is on top again
