The 8row Hotbar in top left corner, tried dragging and changing position in the config and tried copping old value was using in v2.3.12 which was Hotbar Position = {"x":-42.0,"y":1119.0}. When dragging it disappears before placing, about a row height away from the top of the screen

If dragging the hotbar around isn't working, then that means you have another mod changing the position of it.
I had betterui until i found your updates here and only have this mod and the minimalui one, the other elements like the quickslots are fine and hit the border on top of screen, i can almost get the hotbar to the top but will dissapear right before getting to the top of the screen but ill look again
there the only 2 dll in plugins and deleted the configs and left them default and it does the same thing with the hotbar only
Fixed it with configuration manager, BetterUI and MinimalUI going back and forth dragging with both and resetting Y position for MinimalUI and dont exactly know how it messed up the boundary when i changed over from better to minimal? Thanks for all the mods and glad i found your updates here and sorry for bugging ya
