I assume this is incompatible with SmoothServer by Nosferatu.
Would you be able to describe the difference between the two?
I am trying to figure out which would be best for my dedicated server.
SmoothServer
Hey sorry. I assume yes it would be incompatible with smooth server... I should start downloading all other optimization mods and figuring out what ones to put incompatible check for.
FGN touches a lot of things and to be honest depending on your server and your setup and how you configure the mod it can be hit or miss for a lot of people... To some it's the greatest networking mod out there. For others it's terrible I guess... Best I could say is give it a shot and see how it performs for you
Smooth is an incredible programmer and I'd you're looking for a solution that is proven stable all the time in all situations go with her mod for sure.
If you're the kind of person that likes to mess with things and try different configurations to dial things in for your own needs then give FGN a try 😎
