Click a Haulwright with the wand (or press E on it) and add a route. Pick a chest you built to take items from, then a place to deliver to. That can be a chest, a fuel station such as a smelter, or an Orebringer shrine for Runes of Renewal. You can have it collect at once or wait until the pick-up chest is full.
