Fixed compatibility with Vikings Archer.

Changed the configuration system. A dedicated folder is now created, allowing multiple configuration files to be added.

Removed a warning log displayed when the Bows Before Hoes mod is not installed.
Remove radamanto.ItemRequirement.cfg to generate a new one.
The configuration file radamanto.ItemRequirement.yml remains compatible and requires no changes.

Added compatibility with the Backpacks mod. Ammunition is now detected inside backpacks.
Added compatibility with the Bows Before Hoes mod. Ammunition stored in quivers is now properly recognized.
