So, I gave this a try and noticed a "huge" (get it?) bug immediately: The penis stays the same size.

I actually specifically stop bone randomization at the "hips" so that the penis always stays the scale of your legs size. tiny legs, tiny penis, big long legs, big long penis it's by design that penis scales to the leg size
