Valheim Server Manager

Desktop tool for Valheim Dedicated Server. This is not a BepInEx plugin and does not go into your game install.

Install (Thunderstore / r2modman)

1. Install this package with your mod manager or download the zip from Thunderstore.
2. Open the package folder and run ValheimServerManager.exe.
3. Point it at your Valheim dedicated server folder (the one with valheim_server.exe).
4. Optional: install ServerRates (or your own ServerRates.dll) under BepInEx/plugins on that dedicated server if you want the Rates tab.

Do not expect this EXE to load inside Valheim itself. It is a separate Windows app.

Manual install

1. Download the zip or take the EXE from GitHub Releases.
2. Put ValheimServerManager.exe anywhere (Desktop is fine).
3. Run it. Needs Windows 10/11 with WebView2 (usually already installed).

Features

• Start / stop / restart dedicated server (hidden console; logs in the app)
• Edit launch settings (name, world, port, password, crossplay) synced with start_headless_server.bat
• Live log view (BepInEx / server log)
• ServerRates cfg editor (live reload on the server when ServerRates is installed)
• Mods list + open BepInEx/plugins in Explorer
• Top bar: online status, LAN IP:port, Crossplay join code (when available)

Settings are stored per-user in %LOCALAPPDATA%\ValheimServerManager\ — the EXE itself does not bake in your paths or passwords.
