Hi I'm using a handful of mods and decided to try this one I found that a mod I'm using called TargetPortal by Smoothbrain it let's me teleport to portals of different tags/names and only way I could get the image to show up in the portal was to have two portals have matching names do you think it would be possible to have these mods be compatible somehow if so that would be amazing

You're right. Right now a portal view only appears when the portal has a fixed destination, which is what matching names give you (renamed links from XPortal work too). With TargetPortal a portal has no set destination, you pick one on the map each time you enter, so the mod has nothing to show until you choose.
Supporting it would mean changing the logic of what a portal shows. Instead of "the portal it is linked to", it would have to be something like "the place you last travelled to from this portal". So after you use a portal once, its view would show that destination, and it would change when you pick a different one. That's a real change to how the mod decides what to display, not just a compatibility setting, so I can't promise it right away.
