In CLLC I've increased the stack sizes. When dumping to the chests, it seems to overwrite stacks rather than adding to them.
For example, I had a stack of 73 grey dwarf eyes already in the chest. When I dumped to the chest, it deleted the extra 23 in that stack (normal stack is 50) and added the stuff in my bags to a new stack. Not ideal! Anything above the standard stack size confuses the mod.
Is cllc installed on the server as well, with the same stack size config?

Yes - I try to keep everything server locked settings.
Do you have vanilla players without CLLC on your server?
No - all players have to have the exact load of mods otherwise they can't connect (using servermanager)
